【Company Description】
i4F is an innovations group focused on the development of patents and technologies for the flooring industry which has hundreds of licensees worldwide. The mother company is a famous investment organization (ww***com[点击查看]) and the head office is located in Netherlands with a Rep office in Shanghai which is mainly responsible for managing the related business of Chinese patent users.
The company has six patent clusters to be licensed to patent users. The related products are being sold throughout the global flooring market.

【岗位描述】
1. 协助办公室日常运营，例如办公室财务、采购、物资管理等；
2. 协助市场营销工作，例如宣传资料设计，公众号内容策划，年度展会筹备等；
3. 参与公司主要业务，如协助专利用户支持与管理，专利标签管理等；
4. 部门交代的其他灵活工作。
【Job Description】
1. Assist in office daily operation, such as office finance, procurement, material management, etc.;
2. Assist in marketing work, such as promotion material design, Wechat account content planning, annual exhibition preparation, etc.;
3. Participate in the company's main business, such as assisting patent user support and management, patent label management, etc.;
4. Other flexible work assigned by the department.
【岗位要求】
1. 在读或近期毕业本科或研究生（211、985院校、或其他知名高校），无专业限制；
2. 长期稳定实习，寒暑假在上海的同学优先，毕业前每周到岗大约2-3天，可灵活商量时间；
3. 英语能力较为优秀，会其他语言为加分项；
4. 能够适应任何新的环境，商务旅行；
5. 良好的组织和团队合作能力。
【Job Requirement】
1. Undergraduate or graduate students (211, 985 universities, or other well-known universities), with no major restriction
2. Long-term stable internship, staying in Shanghai during the summer and winter vacation is preferred. Working time is flexible and need to stay at the office 2-3 days per week
3. Excellent in English and other languages is a plus
4. Be able to adapt to any new environment, business travel
5. Good organization and teamwork ability

【实习待遇】
1. 补贴：税后时薪制（需到办公室工作，每周工作时长不影响正常学习）
