岗位职责：
1.参与业务目标规划，完成业务目标制定和数据测算等相关工作。
1. Participate in business goal planning, complete related tasks such as goal setting and data calculation.
2.落地业务模块核心指标的经营监控和问题分析，帮助业务及时看清经营现状并定位业务经营问题。
2. Implement operational monitoring and problem analysis for core indicators of business modules, helping the business promptly understand operational status and identify operational issues.
3.参与市场竞争调研中，信息收集整理、数据分析、结论产出等相关模块工作，产出量化的数据结论和明确的业务认知，支撑运营策略优化策略。
3. Participate in market competition research, including information collection and organization, data analysis, conclusion generation, and other related module tasks, producing quantified data conclusions and clear business insights to support operational strategy optimization.
4.参与业务重点专项的专题分析工作。
4. Participate in thematic analysis of key business initiatives.
任职要求：
1.统计、经济、商业分析、数据科学等相关专业优先。
1. Preference will be given to candidates with majors in statistics, economics, business analysis, data science, or related fields.
2.熟练运用SQL、Python等常用数据分析工具，熟悉AB实验、因果推断、假设检验方法论。
2. Proficient in commonly used data analysis tools such as SQL and Python, familiar with A/B testing, causal inference, and hypothesis testing methodologies.
3.具备较强的逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力、团队协作能力和跨部门沟通能力。
3. Strong logical thinking, data analysis, teamwork, and cross-departmental communication skills.
4.有大型互联网公司分析经验优先。
4. Prior experience in analysis at large internet companies is preferred.
5.能够实习半年及以上者优先。
5. Candidates who can intern for six months or longer are preferred.
