岗位职责：
Pull, clean, and analyze performance data across cities, user segments, and campaigns
Build and maintain weekly/monthly trackers and forecast models for repetitive task
Run reports with clear data narratives and actionable recommendations
Monitor live campaigns — track KPIs, flag performance issues, and surface optimization opportunities
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CRM, Product, Finance) on data requests and operational follow-ups
Support new campaign launches with baseline metrics, target setting, and post-launch performance tracking
任职要求：
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
Capable of writing SQL queries to pull data from large-scale datasets when needed
Strong analytical skills: pivot tables, formulas, charts, and data modeling on projection
Clear communicator: can turn data into a story, not just a spreadsheet
Detail-oriented and self-driven: takes ownership without constant supervision
Available for 3–6 months, minimum 4 days per week
