岗位职责：
1. Conduct user research to understand the behaviors, preferences, and needs of users in Qatar.
2. Track and analyze competitive market trends, identifying opportunities to give Keeta a strategic edge.
3. Leverage local cultural knowledge to collaborate in user growth strategy discussions, providing innovative suggestions.
4. Organize findings into reports and documents to assist in decision-making.
任职要求：
1. Based in Qatar: Strong understanding of the local culture and user habits. （Preferably have long-term living experience in Qatar.）
2. Enthusiasm for user behavior research and market analysis, with a sharp attention to detail.
3. Logical thinker with the ability to spot problems and propose actionable solutions.
4. Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus!).
5. Team player with confidence to share ideas and collaborate effectively.
