工作职责:
Job Responsibilities
1、Assist in sourcing and connecting high-quality creators across Southeast Asia, support contract signing and daily relationship management, and build a localized creator resource network for the region.
2、Take charge of localization optimization for platform content and campaigns in Southeast Asia, complete content proofreading and multi-cultural adaptation to match local users’ usage habits.
3、Research user preferences and trending social content across Southeast Asian countries, and assist in executing localized operation and user growth strategies.
Collate and analyze regional operational data, prepare routine reviews and optimization proposals to steadily improve overall regional performance.
工作要求:
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor’s degree or above; 2026 fresh graduates preferred, with priority given to language-related majors.
Proficient in English for daily business; capable of one Southeast Asian language among Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian etc., with solid cross-cultural communication skills.
2、Familiar with mainstream social platforms in Southeast Asia, knowledgeable about local online trends, indigenous culture and creator ecosystem; relevant industry insights or creator resources are a plus.
3、Clear logical thinking, strong execution, good at information sorting and teamwork; earnest and responsible at work.
4、Keen interest in Southeast Asian overseas content business, quick learner and willing to pursue long-term career development in cross-border content operations.
