这不是一个传统的增长marketing岗位。在AI的浪潮下，我们希望和你一起探索产品增长营销的可能性上限。
你会做什么
海外社媒运营：负责海外推广，熟悉TikTok/Instagram/YouTube等平台玩法，产出有创意、有传播力的内容。
用AI做增长实验：利用AI工具进行市场分析、用户洞察、产品定位，输出创新产品的宣发和增长种草策略。
搭建AI工作流：亲手搭建你的AI workflow/agent，让AI成为你的增长杠杆。
从0到1做项目：自己propose一个有业务价值的项目或增长渠道，调动资源一步步实现。
This isn't a traditional growth marketing internship. We're building AI-native products and rethinking how growth works in the AI era.
What You'll Do
Overseas Social Media Operations: In charge of international promotion across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Create high-engagement content that resonates with global audiences.
AI-Powered Growth Experiments: Use AI tools for market research, user insights, and product positioning. Develop growth and content seeding strategies for innovative products.
Build AI Workflows: Build your own AI workflows or agents from scratch to accelerate marketing and growth.
Drive Projects from 0 to 1: Identify high-impact growth opportunities, mobilize resources, and execute them from idea to launch.

可实习时长：3个月以上。
北美地区背景优先（可以在北美时区工作）。

有互联网甲方市场部门、广告公司、创意热店等实习经历优先，具备原创创意作品优先。
有海外社媒账号运营经验（个人账号也可以）。
有自己搭建AI workflow/agent的经验。
对AI产品/工具生态有深度了解。
