工作职责:
1. Assist in sourcing and liaising with high-quality creators across Europe and North America, support contract signing and daily relationship management, and build up a localized creator resource network for the regions.
2. Oversee localization optimization of platform content and campaigns for European & North American markets, conduct content proofreading and cultural adaptation to align with local users’ usage habits and aesthetic preferences.
3. Keep track of regional user preferences and online trends in Europe and North America, and assist in rolling out localized operations and user growth strategies.
4. Collate and analyze regional operational data, deliver routine post-event reviews and optimization proposals to steadily improve overall operational performance across Europe and N
工作要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; 2026 graduate cohort. Proficient in English for daily business communication with excellent cross-cultural communication skills to engage overseas creators from Europe and North America seamlessly.
2. Familiar with mainstream social platforms in Europe and North America, well-versed in local online hot topics, entertainment trends and creator ecosystem; relevant industry knowledge or creator resources are preferred.
3. Strong logical thinking and execution capability, proficient in information aggregation and teamwork; meticulous, reliable and earnest at work.
4. Passionate about overseas content business covering Europe and North America, quick learner with willingness to develop a long-term career in cross-border content operations.
