岗位职责：
1.洞察业务场景，建设业务在经营分析、业务管理、团队管理等不同场景下的数据指标体系。
2.具备业务思维，积极和用户沟通，为业务、运营和管理者提供场景化的数据化解决方案，建设数据产品并持续提升易用性。
3.搭建数据运营、数据治理的机制，制定数据资产建设和维护的标准，保障数据资产的复用性和安全性。
1.Insight into business scenarios, build data indicator system for business in different scenarios such as operation analysis, business management and team management.
2.Possess business thinking, actively communicate with users, provide scenario-based data-based solutions for business, operation and managers, build data products and continuously improve the ease of use.
3.Build mechanisms for data operation and data governance, formulate standards for data asset construction and maintenance, and ensure the reusability and security of data assets.
任职要求：
1.能保证至少连续3个月，每周至少4天。
2.本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机、统计学等专业优先 。
3.熟练掌握SQL语句，熟悉可视化工具使用尤佳。
4.具备优秀逻辑思维能力，能够从较复杂的业务问题中找到解决办法。
5.拥有较强的沟通能力，英语听说读写熟练，英语可作为工作语言。
6.细心、耐心、责任心，结果导向。
1.Can guarantee at least 3 consecutive months, at least 4 days per week.
2.Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, computer, statistics and other majors are preferred .
3.Proficient in SQL statements, familiar with the use of visualization tools is preferred.
4.Excellent logical thinking ability, able to find solutions from more complex business problems.
5.Strong communication skills, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as a working language.
6.Careful, patient, responsible and result-oriented.
