Responsibilities
Identify business problems through data analytics and propose data-driven solutions.
Support the Product Team in analyzing current operational workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to enhance WeChat's user experience
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement process improvements that align with product goals
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and propose solutions to ensure timely delivery
Work Location: Singapore-CapitaSky
岗位要求：
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Students who will graduate in 2026 or beyond and will be able to commit to a full time internship (Monday to Friday) during the summer period and potentially convert into a part-time internship during semester term (3 days per week; We are onsite Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursdays)
Strong sense of ownership, customer-oriented mindset, and integrity
Fast learner and team player with excellent communication skills
Basic data analysis skills using Excel; proficiency in SQL or Python is a plus
Prior work or internship experience in the internet industry is preferred
Fluency in English and Mandarin to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders and HQ-based teams
