岗位职责：
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing company-wide engagement programs, such as team-building activities, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and recognition programs
Support internal communication efforts by creating content for newsletters, emails, and intranet updates related to company culture
Gather feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups to continuously improve workplace culture
Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning events, including logistics and participant communications
Assist in curating and developing learning materials, such as presentations, e-learning modules, and training handbooks
Research and recommend new learning tools and methods to enhance employee development
Contribute to various HR projects aimed at improving the employee experience
Assist in compiling reports and analyzing data related to employee training and engagement metrics

岗位要求：
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in corporate culture, employee engagement, and learning & development.
Bilingual (English/Mandarin) to deal with both international and HQ based stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging content for internal communications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop), video-editing skills will be a good plus
