二、生命健康学院简介
Introduction to the Faculty of Life and Health Sciences
深圳理工大学生命健康学院是依托深圳市“双区”优势,聚焦国家重大科技战略与民生需求(如老龄化、精神疾病等)的高水平交叉学科教研平台。学院下设生物系、神经生物系、精神健康与公共卫生系、智能交叉科学中心四大院系,重点发展神经生物与精神健康、干细胞与再生医学、生物智能交叉等六大科研方向,旨在构建“基础研究-应用转化”贯通创新体系。
The Faculty of Life and Health Sciences(FLHS)at SUAT leverages Shenzhen’s advantages as a pilot demonstration area and a core engine of the Greater Bay Area. It serves as a high-level interdisciplinary platform for teaching and research, focusing on major national scientific strategies and societal needs such as aging and mental health. The School comprises four departments—Biology, Neuroscience, Mental Health and Public Health, and Interdisciplinary Center for Bio-Intelligence—and focuses on six key research areas, including neurobiology and mental health, stem cell and regenerative medicine, and bio-intelligence. Its mission is to establish an integrated innovation system bridging fundamental research and applied translation.
学院汇聚了学术水平与产业转化能力卓越的25位中、德、美教授专家,深入开展学科建设和教研合作,现有国家级人才28人次(包括院士2 人,国家重大人才工程专家 5 人等),获得国家级教学成果奖3人次,省部级教学成果奖1人次。依托深圳市脑解析与脑模拟重大科技基础设施(设备总值8.8亿元)、光明脑科学技术产业创新中心及多个省部级重点实验室,学院在神经退行性疾病、类脑智能等领域成果显著,近三年发表Nature、Cell等高水平论文290篇,获批国家级及省市级项目59项(经费逾亿元),孵化多个拥有自主知识产权的生物医药企业并推动多款新药进入临床试验。
FLHS brings together 25 distinguished faculty members from China, Germany, and the United States, with outstanding academic and translational expertise, actively advancing disciplinary development and teaching-research collaboration. Supported by facilities such as the Shenzhen Brain Science Infrastructure (with a total equipment value of 880 million RMB), the Shenzhen Guangming Industrial Innovation Center for Brain Science and Technology, and multiple provincial and ministerial key laboratories, FLHS has achieved significant research outcomes in areas such as neurodegenerative diseases and brain-inspired intelligence. In the past three years, FLHS has published has published 290 high-impact papers including Nature and Cell, secured research grants totaling over 100 million RMB, incubated several biopharmaceutical enterprises, and advanced multiple novel drugs into clinical trials. .

三、招聘岗位及职责
Recruitment Position and Responsibilities
岗位:神经退行性疾病方向教师(教授/副教授/助理教授等)
Position Title:?Faculty Member (Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor) in Neurodegenerative Diseases
岗位职责:
Job Responsibilities:
●承担本科生、研究生相关核心课程教学;
●Deliver core courses for both undergraduate and graduate students.
●独立领导、完成科研项目研究,发表高水平研究论文,申请专利;
●Independently lead and complete research projects, publish high-impact research papers, and apply for patents.
●积极申请国家及省市各类重大科研项目,参与神经退行性疾病重大平台建设。
●Actively pursue research grants at the national, provincial, and municipal levels, and participate in the development of key platforms for neurodegenerative disease research.
四、任职条件
Qualifications:
●已取得海内外知名高校/科研机构博士学位;
●Hold a doctoral degree from a prestigious university or research institution.
●专业背景:神经生物学、分子医学、干细胞生物学、药学、神经药理学等相关专业,具备神经退行性疾病动物模型、类器官、临床队列、药物筛选研究经历者优先;
●Background in neurobiology, molecular medicine, stem cell biology, pharmacy, neuropharmacology, or related fields. Prior research experience with animal models of neurodegenerative diseases, organoids, clinical cohorts, or drug screening is preferred.
●在本领域内发表过有影响力的论文,有国家级、省部级重大科研项目申请、主持工作经验者优先;
●Candidates with influential publications in the field and experience in applying for or presiding over major national and provincial scientific research projects are preferred.
●能独立从事学术研究的能力,有浓厚的学术兴趣、刻苦的钻研精神和开创性的学术思维
●Ability to conduct independent scholarly research, with strong intellectual curiosity, dedication, and innovative thinking.
●能胜任专业核心课教学,热爱育人工作,有教学经验/培训经历优先;
●Competence in teaching core courses and a genuine commitment to student development. Prior teaching experience is preferred
●积极申请国家、科学院及省市各类重大科研项目,发表高水平研究论文,申请专利;
●Actively pursue major research grants at all levels, publish high-quality research papers, and file patent applications.
●工作态度认真,责任心强,沟通能力良好,具备一定的团队组织能力。
●Demonstrate a conscientious work ethic, a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and the capacity for team organization.
