Responsibilities 岗位要求:
Manage the day-to-day operations of art communitys Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and WeChat Official Account.
Create high-quality, engaging content, specifically including Artist Spotlights and Exhibition Teasers.
Execute promotional campaigns for upcoming art exhibitions to increase community visibility and engagement.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize strategies to boost reach and impact.
全面负责艺术社群的小红书及微信公众号日常运营；
策划并制作高质量内容，包括但不限于艺术家专访（Artist Spotlights）和展览预告（Exhibition Teasers）；
针对即将到来的艺术展览进行专项推广，提升社群影响力与关注度；
监测运营数据，分析反馈，并据此调整策略以提升传播效果。
Requirements 岗位职责:
Expert-level knowledge of Xiaohongshu and Douyin, with a deep understanding of platform algorithms and trends.
Proven experience in promoting art exhibitions or growing art-focused communities; an understanding of the art world is a plus.
Strong creative skills and a keen aesthetic sense for visual content.
Ability to handle the full cycle from content creation to data analysis independently.
Compensation & Collaboration:
This is a paid freelance position.
If the collaboration proves successful and delivers measurable results, there is potential for ongoing cooperation.
小红书与抖音的深度用户，深谙平台玩法与流量逻辑；
拥有艺术展览或艺术社群推广经验，懂艺术者优先；
具备优秀的创意策划能力与内容审美；
能够独立完成从内容创作到数据分析的闭环工作。
