实验室介绍
梁银文博士在厦门大学、清华大学大学生命科学学院分别取得学士、博士学位,加入美国纽约纪念斯隆凯特琳癌症中心(Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center)任博士后、资深科学家(相当于助理研究员),将于2026年1月入职首都医学科学中心的医学生理学研究所担任独立PI,研究员。实验室研究聚焦于胚胎发育和组织稳态的机制,主要研究方向是纤毛发生与其介导的Hedgehog信号通路,采用小鼠、人类遗传学结合多组学工具进行系统研究。以一作含共同通讯作者在Science、Developmental Cell、Current Biology、Journal of Cell Biology等刊物发表多篇高水平论文,报道原创性工作。
本实验室为不同学术背景的研究者提供开放的平台,诚邀有志之士与我们共赴探索、创新之旅。
主要研究方向
1. 鉴定(纤毛)基因调控网络调控的新机制;
2. 解析细胞类型特异性纤毛形成和纤毛形态多样性的机制;
3. 研究纤毛病和SHH髓母细胞瘤的分子机制与治疗方案。
主要研究成果
1. 发现原生纤毛形成的转录调控 总开关
实验室发现了SP5和SP8作为纤毛形成的关键转录调控因子,首次证明了SP5和SP8直接结合并激活多个纤毛基因的表达,包括Foxj1和RFX家族转录因子。由SP5和SP8介导的转录调控网络是纤毛形成所必需的,并且SP8异位表达足以驱动纤毛的形成(Science,2025)。
2. 阐明马达蛋白磷酸化调控机制,提出纤毛长度调控模型
利用莱茵衣藻和小鼠模型,实验室的研究揭示了纤毛装配和内鞭毛运输(IFT)的分子机制,包括通过磷酸化KIF3B的S663位点对其的调控(Developmental Cell, 2014a; Developmental Cell, 2014b)。实验室还提出了通过IFT负载速率控制纤毛长度的模型(Current Biology, 2018)。

科研助理(1-2名)
一、主要职责
1. 独立或协助团队开展课题研究;
2. 协助实验室运行管理。
二、任职要求
1. 大学本科学历及以上,分子生物学、细胞生物学、发育生物学、生物化学或其它相关专业;
2. 掌握分子生物学基本原理及操作能力,有细胞生物学、小鼠模型等研究经历优先;
3. 诚实严谨,具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力;
4. 具备良好的英语读写和日常交流能力。

Laboratory Introduction
Dr. Yinwen Liang obtained the bachelor s degree from Xiamen University and Ph.D. Degree from Tsinghua University, followed up by postdoc training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York, USA. Prior to Joining CIMR, Dr. Liang has been promoted to senior scientist at MSKCC. Dr. Liang will become an independent Principal Investigator (PI) at CIMR in January 2026. The Liang lab at CIMR investigates the fundamental questions of embryonic development and tissue homeostasis, with emphasis on the molecular mechanisms of cilia biology and Hedgehog signaling pathway. The long-term goal is to translate mechanistic insights into therapeutic strategy for ciliopathies and HH driven brain tumor such as medulloblastoma. The team will integrate cutting edge animal models, human genetics and multi-omics approaches to drive these studies.

a. Identifying novel regulators of the ciliary gene regulatory network.
b. Dissecting cell-type-specific cilia formation and morphological diversity.
c. Revealing the molecular mechanisms of ciliopathies and SHH-medulloblastoma.

a. Discovered transcription factors SP5 and SP8 as key transcriptional regulators in cilia formation (Science, 2025).
b. Uncovered the mechanisms of intraflagellar transport machinery and cilia assembly (Current Biology, 2018; Developmental Cell, 2014a; Developmental Cell, 2014b).
c. Revealed molecular insights into ciliopathies and SHH-medulloblastoma (Science, 2025; eLife, 2025; Journal of Cell Biology, 2018; American Journal of Human Genetics, 2018).

Research Assistant
Main Responsibilities
a. Assist the team in conducting research projects.
b. Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment, and assist the PI with lab management and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
a. Bachelor's degree or higher in molecular biology, cell biology, developmental biology, biochemistry or related fields.
b. Proactive work attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
c. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
d. Proficiency in English reading, writing, and daily communication.
