岗位职责
以网络为平台开拓市场
任职资格
熟悉主流网络平台（如抖音、小红书、淘宝、百度等）的运营规则，掌握文案撰写、图片/视频基础剪辑（如用剪映）技能。
了解SEO/SEM、信息流广告投放、社群运营等常见营销手段；能看懂并分析数据（如点击率、转化率、ROI），根据数据调整策略。
对热点敏感，能快速响应市场变化；具备良好沟通能力，可协调内容、销售等跨部门工作；有较强的目标感和执行力。
大专及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务等相关专业优先；1-2年网络营销实操经验者更具优势，应届生需有相关实习或项目经历（如校园账号运营）。
