柴油机调试工程师
岗位要求：
1、College above or equivalent experience, in Electrical Automation or Marine Engineering
2、Experience with 4-stroke or 2-stroke diesel engines is advantage
3、Knowing Wartsila engine & field service is advantage
4、English language skills (read, write, speak)
5、Third, second or chief engineer is prior
6、Wiliness to travel frequently
7、Kindly communication with customer is needed
薪资：

2、At least 3 years' experience of project management in marine industrial operation
3、Proficient in all basic office IT tools

岗位要求：
1、Use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly and promote a safety-mindset within the team
2、Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Marine, Mechanical, or related field)
3、At least 3 years of proven experience in project management within the marine industry or heavy industrial operations
4、Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
5、Proficiency in all basic office IT tools (Microsoft Office suite, project management software)
6、Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools is a plus
7、Solid understanding of marine products, solutions, and customer requirements
8、Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and internal stakeholders
9、Results-oriented mindset with a structured approach to planning, execution, and problem-solving
10、High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
11、Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
12、Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese

自动化工程师
岗位要求：
1、Bachelor degree minimum in Automation and/or Electrical Engineering
2、Good skills in oral and written English
3、Good knowledge on engine building and testing
4、Good knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controls)
5、Hands on & practical skills count as a plus
6、Skills to read and understand electric drawings
7、Experience of medium speed diesel engines
8、Ability to work in a changing and demanding environment
9、Negotiation and team working skills
