[Job Responsibilities]
Gold-standard Mentorship & Career Planning
The CEO Program spans 10 years, with direct mentorship from the Chairman. Through phased leadership development camps, you will progress step-by-step from management trainee to potential CEO. Each phase is overseen by the Group VPs and business unit leaders based on actual needs.
Phase 1: "Royal Guard" Training Camp – From Management Trainee to Department Manager (1.5 years)
Phase 2: "Elite Guard" Growth Camp – From Department Manager to Business Unit GM (3 years)
Phase 3: "Golden Guard" Transformation Camp – From Business Unit GM to VP (5 years)
Phase 4: Path to CEO
Systematic Professional & Leadership Training
In addition to on-the-job mentorship, the Group provides structured training programs such as "Wolf Warrior/Seal Team" and "Scholars/Elites" to accelerate professional and personal growth.
Cross-Business Unit & Cross-Regional Rotation
As a management trainee, you will collaborate with teams across different product divisions and regions (domestic and international), gaining rapid growth in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Challenging Real-World Projects
The Group will assign business projects and practical tasks aligned with the trainee's business sector, while encouraging active involvement in organizing company initiatives. Each project and activity will sharpen professional skills while fostering capabilities in planning, management, and leadership.
[Job Requirements]
Master's degree or above from a QS World University Rankings top 100 university, majoring in Logistics Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, International Economics and Trade, Materials Science, Chemistry, or related fields. Must be proficient in English as a working language.
0-3 years of work experience; recent graduates are welcome. Must have a strong desire to pursue a long-term career in the global chemical logistics industry. Work experience in the supply chain industry is preferred.
Energetic, driven, and self-motivated with excellent analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong sense of planning and project management abilities, with management potential.
