岗位职责：
Key Responsibilities
1- Category Performance Reporting & Analytics
• Monitor, analyze, and report daily category performance metrics
• Conduct performance analysis at supplier, category, sub-category, and item levels
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps, and provide actionable insights to Category
Managers and Division Head
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly category performance reports and business reviews
2- Promotion & Commercial Performance Tracking
• Monitor and report promotion performance
• Analyze promotional effectiveness by supplier, category, and item classification
3- New Item Performance Management
• Track newly listed items and monitor post launch performance
• Measure sales contribution, sell-through rates, availability of newly listed products
• Prepare regular reports highlighting successful launches and underperforming items
4- Dashboard & Reporting Automation
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve category dashboards and automated reporting tools
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely distribution of reports
• Support data extraction, validation, and reporting process optimization
5- Meeting & Business Review Support
• Prepare presentations, business review materials, and performance packs for internal category team and
management meeting , same for external supplier meetings.
• Document meeting outcomes, key decisions, and action items.
• Track action plan execution and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，供应链、采购、行政、财务类相关专业优先，有采购助理/商品助理/系统操作经验优先。
2. 熟悉商品新品上架、调价、信息维护、流程审批等内部系统操作逻辑，学习能力强，能快速上手公司自研或通用采购/ERP系统。
3. 擅长数据核对、表格整理、信息录入，做事严谨细致，对数字与信息敏感，无错单漏单。
4. 具备良好的流程意识与执行力，沟通顺畅，责任心强，能高效完成重复性系统操作工作。
5. 工作认真耐心，自我驱动，日常数据处理与系统维护工作。
