About the Hiring Team

What the Role Entails
支持图像生成美化、视频生成（世界模型）、主播生成、场景生成、多模态视觉语言模型（VLMs）以及 Agentic AI 等方向的研究与开发工作。
协助大规模生成式 AI 项目中的数据准备、模型训练与实验分析。
参与项目讨论，提出创新想法，并推动将研究成果与游戏制作场景相结合。
与资深研究员紧密合作，共同探索数字内容生成与交互式智能体领域的前沿方向。
Who We Look For
基本要求就读于计算机视觉、计算机图形学或相关专业的博士或硕士研究生, 熟悉常见的生成模型。
扎实的深度学习基础，具备图片或视频数据处理的基本经验。
对生成式 AI 在互动娱乐和虚拟世界构建中的应用有浓厚兴趣。
具备良好的沟通与协作能力。
优先条件具备图像或视频方向深度学习模型训练或微调经验。
熟悉 PyTorch、Blender、Unity 或 Unreal Engine 等相关工具。
在主流AI或计算机会议/期刊发表过研究成果。
对创意、创新以及面向游戏的 AI 实际应用充满热情。
