What the Role Entails
• 开展市场调研，了解网红系统结构和行业趋势。利用游戏行业的独特特性，协助规划和开发海外游戏网红平台的新功能。
• 支持产品需求文档和用户故事的创建，组织产品路线图，并与研发和测试团队协作实施产品。
• 与产品运营、数据分析和数据科学团队协作，识别业务服务案例，并将数据驱动的洞察转化为产品特性。
• 了解海外游戏发布和运营流程，收集业务反馈洞察，分析数据，并提出产品优化建议。
Who We Look For
• 该职位面向攻读硕士及以上学位（无特定专业要求;偏好市场营销、计算机科学或相关领域）并在2025年1月至2026年12月期间毕业的学生开放。
• 对游戏行业有浓厚兴趣，了解玩家行为和市场趋势。
• 流利使用英语，能够将其作为工作语言使用。
• 熟练掌握产品原型设计工具;数据分析技能是加分项。
• 出色的沟通能力和团队合作的心态。
