岗位职责：
1.Manage user engagement across Keemart’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.), including comments and direct messages
2.Ensure timely responses to improve account responsiveness and user satisfaction
3.Monitor daily conversations and identify potential negative sentiment or emerging issues
4.Escalate sensitive cases and assist in preparing appropriate response guidelines
5.Track engagement metrics (response rate, response time, sentiment trends) and prepare weekly reports
6.Benchmark industry best practices and suggest improvements to engagement workflows and tone of voice
任职要求：
1.Bachelor’s degree candidate (Marketing, Communications, Media or related fields preferred)
2.Strong understanding of major social media platforms and engagement mechanics
3.Fluency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal communication)
4.High sensitivity to online sentiment and strong judgment in handling public interactions
5.Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
6.Prior experience in social media operations or content operations is preferred
