Assistant Manager - School of Humanities and Social Science 助理经理 - 人文社科学院 (Ref. 2026/162/01)

Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Implementing the comprehensive strategy for the School’s development, ensuring alignment with the goals and objectives set by the School’s senior management.
2. Identifying and addressing challenges or issues faced by the team, and providing appropriate support and solutions as needed.
3. Coordinating and collaborating with faculty members on designated tasks.
4. Maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships with other Schools, University departments, external partners, students, and other related parties.
5. Assisting in the review and improvement of workflows, procedures, and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. A Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 8 years of relevant working experience.
2. At least 3 years of proven supervisory experience.
3. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse individuals and teams.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
7. Demonstrated leadership and capability of embracing technology in daily work.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

1. 拥有学士或以上学位,并具备至少8年相关工作经验。
2. 拥有至少3年管理经验。
3. 具备卓越的领导力与指导能力,能够激励和鼓舞团队成员。
4. 拥有出色的沟通与人际交往能力,能够与不同背景的个人及团队有效协作。
5. 具备强大的组织与时间管理能力,能够同时处理多项任务并按时交付。
6. 具备灵活性与适应能力,能够在动态变化的环境中高效工作。
7. 具备卓越的领导力,并能在日常工作中积极借助技术助力工作效率。
