岗位职责：
User Research: Conduct user studies and gather feedback from Japanese players to understand their preferences and behavior.
Marketing Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including influencer collaborations, video advertising, and content creation.
Social Media Management: Operate and manage social media accounts (e.g., X, Discord), monitor user sentiments, and engage with the community.
Localization Assistance: Support translation, content proofreading, and ensure localization quality for in-game and marketing materials.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing esports tournaments and community events to foster player engagement and retention.

ユーザーリサーチ: 日本のプレイヤーを対象にユーザー調査を行い、彼らの好みや行動を理解するためのフィードバックを収集します。
マーケティングサポート: インフルエンサーとのコラボレーション、動画広告、コンテンツ制作などを含むマーケティングキャンペーンの企画と実行を支援します。
ソーシャルメディア管理: XやDiscordなどのソーシャルメディアアカウントを運用・管理し、ユーザーの意見を監視し、コミュニティと積極的に交流します。
ローカライゼーション支援: ゲーム内外の翻訳や内容校正をサポートし、ローカライゼーションの品質を保証します。
イベント調整: eスポーツトーナメントやコミュニティイベントの企画・運営を支援し、プレイヤーの参加意欲やリテンションを向上させます。

岗位要求：
Passionate about the gaming industry, with a preference for those familiar with Diablo-like, MOBA, or related game genres.
Fluent in Japanese with excellent bilingual (Japanese-Chinese) skills; proficiency in English is a plus.
Strong teamwork and execution skills, detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible with a strong willingness to learn.
Familiarity with Japanese social media platforms such as X, Discord, and YouTube, with experience or interest in content creation.
Prior experience in community management, user research, content operations, or localization is preferred.

ゲーム業界への情熱を持ち、ハクスラ、MOBA、または関連するジャンルのゲームに詳しい方を優先します。
日本語に堪能で、中日バイリンガルスキルを持つ方（英語スキルがある方はさらに歓迎）。
チームワークと実行力に優れ、細やかな配慮と責任感を持ち、学習意欲が高い方。
日本のソーシャルメディアプラットフォーム（X、Discord、YouTubeなど）に精通し、コンテンツ制作の経験や興味がある方。
コミュニティ運営、ユーザーリサーチ、コンテンツ運営、またはローカライゼーション経験がある方を優先します。
