BD & Operations Associate
Job Opening
REMEX China is hiring a BD & Operations Associate to help us grow our seller network and support our cross-border operations.
REMEX is a U.S.-based inventory liquidation company that helps cross-border sellers, brands, and 3PLs manage excess stock and customer returns.
Through our streamlined warehouse system and global sales network, we turn unsellable inventory into local resale value, helping clients save time and reduce costs.
We operate REMEX Hubs in Texas and have offices in the U.S., China, and South Korea.
Key Responsibilities
Find and onboard new sellers, especially those using Amazon or cross-border platforms
Manage seller communication
Support content and campaign efforts on platforms like Xiaohongshu
Assist with seller-side customer service (inbound questions, tracking, payout updates)
Join exhibitions and seminars when needed
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, B2B, or related fields
Native Chinese speaker, fluent in English
Familiarity with cross-border seller communities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
A proactive, independent, and collaborative mindset
Korean proficiency is a plus, not required
