职位描述
Responsibility
1. Be responsible for the implementation and simulation of basic function blocks
2. Be able to analyze the block simulation results and optimize the design
3. Be able to check and optimize the layout, can optimize the design based on post-layout simulation results
4. Be able to setup sub-system level simulation environment and check the results
5. Be able to setup chip level simulation environment and generate chip level simulation testbenches and check simulation results.
Requirement:
1. Master degree in EE, Microelectronics or a related field
2. Design skills in analog module design or digital IP design
3. Familiar with EDA tools, hspice / Verilog ,
4. Capable to write script with perl/tcl/python is better
5. Experience in memory design is preferred
