一、
学院简介

北京师范大学文理学院为建制性教学科研机构，于2020年12月在北京师范大学珠海校区成立。学院立足于学校 三步走 的战略构想，同时加速落实2018年全国教育大会精神，服务学校 双一流 建设目标和 一体两翼 的发展战略，实施面向未来的卓越人才培养，造就一批具有远大的教育理想与情怀、持续的学习兴趣与动力、宽厚的学科基础、优异的交流合作与领导力、开阔的国际视野与竞争力，勇于面对变革并大胆探索的拔尖创新人才。以宽口径、厚基础、重能力、跨学科、国际化，通识教育与个性发展相结合为本科教育理念，通过名师引领、自我发现、多元发展，实现卓越人生，培养学生成为引领和创造未来社会经济发展的拔尖创新人才。

重点招聘学科（方向）

中国语言文学、中国史、世界史、考古学、外国语言文学（英语专业文学方向、公共外语教学方向、外国语言学及应用语言学方向）、数学、物理学、系统科学、化学、生物学、心理学、地理学、计算机科学与技术、统计学

三、
岗位及申请条件

（一）杰出人才

具有引领学科发展方向，开展高水平科学研究的能力和水平。

（二）领军人才

有标志性高水平的学术研究成果，能够在团队建设和人才培养方面起到引领和带动作用。

（三）拔尖人才

取得有特色的高水平研究成果，在学科领域有一定的影响力并获得学术界同行认可。

（四）青年英才

具有优良的科技创新潜质和较好的团队协作能力，有较大发展潜力的青年学者，在国内外一流高校或一流学科毕业的博士或出站的博士后，或有在一流高校从事两年以上教学科研工作经历的青年人才，研究成果特别突出者；自然科学、工程技术领域人选年龄不超过35周岁，人文社会科学领域不超过42周岁。

（五）骨干教师

具有博士学位或高校、科研单位任职经历，从事教学、科研工作的人员，原则上年龄不超过45岁。

人才待遇

杰出人才、领军人才：聘任专业技术职务正高级，提供富有竞争力的薪酬、科研启动经费、安家费，一事一议；配备博士研究生和硕士研究生招生指标；提供条件便利的周转住房，可申请购买校内共有产权房；享受优质的学龄前及义务教育全阶段基础教育资源。

拔尖人才、青年英才：聘任专业技术职务为特聘副研究员及以上；税前40万起；科研启动经费50万起；安家费50万起；配备研究生招生名额；提供条件便利的周转住房，可申请购买校内共有产权房；享受优质的学龄前及义务教育全阶段基础教育资源。

骨干教师：具有行业竞争力的基本薪酬保障；提供条件便利的周转住房或租房补贴，可申请购买校内共有产权房；享受优质的学龄前及义务教育全阶段基础教育资源。

Faculty of Arts and Sciences Introduction
