职位职责

1. 围绕课题组的主要研究方向，与合作导师共同选定研究课题、制定研究计划；

2. 协助开展团队现有科研项目研究并参与实验室管理工作；

3. 发表高质量学术论文、参加国内外学术交流及学术会议宣讲；

4. 协助课题组经费申请，协助课题组的建设和管理，协助指导相关方向的硕士和博士研究生。

1. Focusing on the research team's primary research direction, work with co-supervisors to select research topics and develop research plans.

2. Assist in the implementation of the team's existing research projects and participate in laboratory management.

3. Publish high-quality academic papers and participate in domestic and international academic exchanges and conference presentations.

4. Assist the research team with funding applications, team development and management, and mentor master's and doctoral students in related fields.

任职要求

1. 具有博士学位，品学兼优，身体健康，年龄在35周岁以下，获得博士学位的年限一般不超过3年。

2. 计算机、数据科学、建筑技术、环境科学、城市规划、建筑环境、暖通空调等相关专业；

3. 具有优秀数据分析与机器学习经验和编程能力；

4. 具有较强的科研写作能力，能熟练地应用中英文进行学术交流与论文写作；

5. 具备较强的独立工作能力及团队沟通协作能力，具有严谨的逻辑思维和独立解决问题的能力及科学创新能力；

6. 具备科研实验平台搭建及实验工作经验者优先。

1. Applicants must possess a doctoral degree, be of outstanding academic and moral character, be in good health, and be under 35 years old. The doctoral degree should generally be obtained no more than three years ago.

2. Applicants must hold a related major in computer science, data science, architectural technology, environmental science, urban planning, built environment, HVAC, or similar.

3. Applicants must possess excellent experience in data analysis and machine learning, as well as programming skills.

4. Applicants must possess strong research writing skills and be proficient in academic communication and paper writing in both Chinese and English.

5. Applicants must possess strong independent work and teamwork skills, possess rigorous logical thinking, independent problem-solving skills, and scientific innovation capabilities.

6. Applicants with experience in setting up research testbeds and conducting laboratory work are preferred.

沈鹏元，副教授、博士生导师、深圳市海外高层次人才、深圳市南山区领军人才、Building Simulation期刊青年编委。本科毕业于同济大学建筑环境与设备工程系，2018年获得美国宾夕法尼亚大学建筑系博士学位。于2024年11月加入清华大学深圳国际研究生院。主要研究方向包括建筑性能与热舒适性、气候变化与城市气候适应性、人工智能和机器学习在参数化绿色建筑设计中的应用等。

Brief introduction of the research group (group leader introduction): Pengyuan Shen is an associate professor, doctoral supervisor, Shenzhen Overseas High-Level Talent, Shenzhen Nanshan District Leading Talent, and a member of the Young Editorial Board of the journal Building Simulation. He graduated from Tongji University and received his PhD in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania in 2018. He joined Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School in November 2024. His research interests include building performance and thermal comfort, climate change and urban climate adaptability, and the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning in parametric green building design.

福利待遇

1.博士后年薪为12万元/年，如获选 博新计划 、 水木学者 等项目，年薪可达到28-30万元/年不等；

2.深圳市政府对符合要求的在站博士后给予每人36万元在站生活补助；深圳市政府对符合广东省海外博士后人才支持项目，来本市从事博士后工作的，给予每人60万元在站生活补助；

3.符合条件的博士后，在站期间每月提供租房补贴2800元；

4.学院设立博士后科研资助，标准为2万元/人，该经费主要用于支持博士后在站期间开展各类科研和学术活动；

5.博士后出站后，符合条件的可申请深圳市相关补贴，如出站留（来）深生活补助共计36万元;

6.在医疗、落户、子女教育等方面享受和其他教职工同等待遇;

7.在站期间可按照相关规定，申请中国博士后科学基金和国家、省、市等各级科研项目。
