LIGHTSPEED STUDIOS is made up of passionate players who advance the art & science of game development through great stories, great gameplay, and advanced technology. We are focused on bringing next generation experiences to gamers who want to enjoy them anywhere, anytime, across multiple genres and devices.
About the Hiring Team
Lightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develop PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next generation game, technical cooperation, etc.
What the Role Entails
1. Supporting senior project managers with everyday tasks on game development projects.
2. Taking part in business related tasks and projects.
3. Liaising and communicating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
4. Planning and executing business development programs.
5. Working with teams across our global offices.
6. Using various business and project management tools.
7. Other support work as required.
Who We Look For
• Highly self-motivated, able to take charge and responsibility for tasks and objectives to carry them through to completion.
• Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral form, to work effectively with others.
• Ability to think outside the box and having an analytical mindset.
• Highly skilled in business tools, i.e. MS Office suite, other business analytics, communication, graphic and video tools.
• Multilingual, fluent in English and Chinese. Able to communicate effectively for business purposes in both oral and written form.
• Great people skills, able to build up working relationships and enjoys working with people of various backgrounds and cultures.
• Someone who enjoys games or has a good understanding of the gaming industry would be a plus.
