岗位一：SOFF相关实习岗位-2026-SOFF 1
工作城市：日内瓦
岗位职责：1. Support the monitoring and administration of SOFF Readiness phase outputs in coordination with the WMO Technical Authority.2. Assist in monitoring and reporting on the implementation of SOFF Readiness and Investment phase including:• Supporting of progress report analysis to ensure efficient monitoring of SOFF implementation• Supporting the review process of the Investment funding requests including related processes through the UNMPTF Gateway platform• Supporting the tracking of implementation progress and key reporting requirements• Compiling and providing operational data and information to the SOFF team3. Assist in maintaining and updating the SOFF Operations Database and SOFF Learning platform.4. Provide overall support to SOFF operational activities as required.

岗位职责：• Support the coordination and tracking of technical review processes for SOFF Investment Funding Requests and related technical documents.• Assist in maintaining the Technical Authority helpdesk by organizing incoming requests, tracking responses and maintaining records.• Support the preparation, editing and formatting of technical guidance notes, templates, presentations and knowledge products.• Assist in organizing technical meetings, webinars, workshops and consultations with SOFF partners.• Support the maintenance of Technical Authority knowledge repositories, databases and document libraries.• Assist in preparing communication materials highlighting Technical Authority activities and achievements.• Perform other related duties as required.

语言要求：优秀的英语口语和书面能力；掌握世界气象组织其他官方语言是优势。
实习时长：6个月，预计2026年9月开始。
