电化促成环境分离与转化，包括水净化（污染物去除/转化、有价值化合物回收）、二氧化碳捕获与转化、氧化还原活性材料/聚合物合成与制备等领域。

Electrochemically mediated environmental separations and conversion, including water purification (pollutant removal/conversion, valuable compound recovery), carbon dioxide capture and conversion, redox-active material/polymer synthesis and preparation, and other areas.

（1）在站期间按照有关规定申请相关国家、省、市级的科研项目/课题/基金；

The post-doctoral associate should apply for relevant scientific research projects and funding sources at the national, provincial, and city levels, in accordance with the corresponding guidelines and regulations.

（2）围绕课题组主要的研究方向，与课题组负责人共同选定研究课题、制定研究计划，相对独立开展研究工作并发表学术论文；

The post-doctoral associate should work with the Principal Investigator to select a suitable research topic centered around the main research direction of the research group, and develop a corresponding research plan. The post-doctoral associate should then independently carry out the associated research work, including publishing research papers.

（3）协助课题组建设和管理，协助课题组负责人指导博士生和硕士生。

The post-doctoral associate should assist the Principal Investigator in constructing and managing the research group, as well as in advising doctoral and master s students.

任职要求

（1）取得环境工程、化学工程、化学、材料科学等相关专业的博士学位（毕业不超过3年），或近期可顺利完成博士论文答辩者，年龄在35周岁以下。

The applicant should be under the age of 35, and possess a doctoral degree obtained within the last 3 years (or be close to completing their PhD degree) in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, materials science, or another related area.

（3）具备良好的英语读写与交流能力、可以独立撰写并发表研究论文。

The applicant should possess a strong command of English in terms of both written and oral communication, and be able to independently prepare manuscripts for publication.

（4）拥有学术理想，热爱学术研究，恪守学术规范，品学兼优。身体健康，具有良好的团队合作精神、较强的主观能动性和严谨的科学态度，能快速开展独立研究。

In addition to embodying the ideals of intellectual curiosity and academic integrity, the applicant should be in good health, a strong team player, exhibit both subjective initiative and a rigorous approach to science, and be able to quickly begin carrying out independent research.

其他信息

1.博士后年薪为12万元/年，如获选 博新计划 、 水木学者 等项目，年薪可达到28-30万元/年不等；

2.深圳市政府对符合要求的在站博士后给予每人36万元在站生活补助；深圳市对符合广东省海外博士后人才支持项目，来本市从事博士后工作的，给予每人60万元在站生活补助；

3.符合条件的博士后，在站期间每月提供租房补贴2800元；

4.学院设立博士后科研资助，标准为2万元/人，该经费主要用于支持博士后在站期间开展各类科研和学术活动；

5.博士后出站后，符合条件的可申请深圳市相关补贴，如出站留（来）深生活补助共计36万元;

6.在医疗、落户、子女教育等方面享受和其他教职工同等待遇;

7.在站期间可按照相关规定，申请中国博士后科学基金和国家、省、市等各级科研项目。
