Business Unit
LIGHTSPEED STUDIOS is made up of passionate players who advance the art & science of game development through great stories, great gameplay, and advanced technology. We are focused on bringing next generation experiences to gamers who want to enjoy them anywhere, anytime, across multiple genres and devices.
What the Role Entails
1. Closely monitor industry trends and apply business analysis expertise and methodologies to conduct in-depth analysis of industry business models, product innovation, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
2. Identify changes in user behaviour and evolving needs through both qualitative and quantitative research, and uncover strategic opportunities across different business lines.
3. Provide management at all levels with targeted strategic analysis and decision-making recommendations to support business and commercial decisions.
4. Assist in developing business and project plans for business groups and departments.
5. Support strategic, cross-team and cross-BG initiatives, and help drive project execution and delivery.
Who We Look For
1. Strong academic performance, fast learning ability, high curiosity, and a strong passion for the internet and technology industry.
2. Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and a high level of integrity, commitment, and drive, with strong teamwork capabilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
4. Solid understanding of fundamental business problems, strong structured thinking, the ability to decompose and solve problems effectively, and good commercial awareness.
